I hope you don’t mind me pointing it out Mr Rolfe. I’m a great fan of your work. It’s just an indicator of just how fast time friggin’ passes without anybody noticing. I mean, I’m in my last year of college now. MY LAST YEAR. Jeez, that’s terrifying.

And let me just say, to my own hair, that I love you. You could go grey tonight and I wouldn’t mind a bit. To quote the great comedian Jeff Foxworthy,

“Men don’t say anything bad about their hair because they’re afraid it’ll just get up and walk off.”

But no, ours is not a relationship of fear. It is of love.

I love you, my hair.
